RULES OF CONDUCT AND COURTESY
Welcome to Alameda Towne Centre (“ATC”)! We strive to provide a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for everyone. To accomplish these goals, ATC asks your cooperation in complying with the rules of conduct and courtesy which are applicable to all ATC patrons and guests (the “Rules”). The Rules are located on the reverse side of this flyer, are posted around the property and available on our website (www.alamedatownecentre.com). ATC, including its designated roadways and parking lot, is private property. We welcome all visitors and are committed to providing them the best environment we can. These Rules were created to maintain a business-like atmosphere at ATC while attempting to promote the safety and comfort of all customers and visitors. Your entry to ATC constitutes your consent to abide by the Rules as well as all applicable local, state and federal laws. As a visitor to ATC, we expect you to follow these Rules:
- Please wear shirts and shoes at all times.
- Possession of open containers of alcohol, or consumption of alcoholic beverages (other than in designated areas where tenants of the Centre lawfully serve alcoholic beverages) is prohibited. In addition, the possession of any illegal drugs or controlled substances is prohibited.
- Disorderly or disruptive conduct of any nature, including but not limited to the use of obscene or insulting language or gestures, loitering; running, fighting, yelling, throwing objects, littering, or playing music at an unreasonable volume is
- prohibited.
Do not block access to store fronts or ATC entrances.
- Do not ride or use bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, or rollerblades on ATC property.
- Except as permitted under ATC policies, copies of which are available through the management office, the distribution of literature, the sale of any items on ATC property (other than by a tenant), solicitation of signatures, or gathering of information for polls or surveys is prohibited.
- Refrain from any act or conduct which could result in physical harm to persons or damage to any property.
- Possession of weapons of any kind is prohibited.
- All visitors to ATC must abide by all local, state, and federal ordinances, codes or laws. This includes compliance by all minors with all curfew laws and ordinances.
- We love animals, but please keep you pets and any other animals on a leash and/or within your reach at all times. Other than service animals, ATC tenants may have separate restrictions for pets and animals and their rules must be followed at all times. Please pick up after your animal and dispose of any animal waste in an appropriate trash receptacle to help keep ATC a beautiful and healthy place for the whole family.
Persons who violate these Rules may be subject to expulsion and/or banned from ATC, or subject to arrest. ATC reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time.
